Why not merely embed a direct hyperlink to the commit?

FIX: Decorate composer preview oneboxes once they load (#44710)

The markdown preview ran cooked-element decorators before oneboxes loaded and ne…ver again, so anything decorating a onebox, such as the event card for event topics, only appeared after the next keystroke. The preview now re-cooks once a onebox or inline onebox loads, so decorators and inline titles show up immediately. Re-cooking rebuilds links that are still loading, which would queue them again, so the onebox queue now skips fetching a URL an earlier entry has already resolved.
