I was flagging a spam post (not the one in the screenshot, that is just one I randomly picked to demonstrate the issue) and I saw that the “Flag Post” button had disappeared. Turns out I had to scroll down using my mouse scroll wheel (arrow keys and tab did NOT work) in order to see the button. Firefox latest on Windows 10.
