I want to make statistics on the usefulness of topics by seeing what users have read each topic and where in the world are the users at.
Is it possible?

You can get some of this info using Data Explorer .
There are a number of queries in the #data-reporting category. But, note that the topic_views table only records the first view by a user. Here’s a related query:
