我注意到每周至少有三次有人申请加入 Customization > Plugin 群组，但实际上他们要么是垃圾机器人，要么是不小心点击了加入按钮。
我们应该强制用户在申请加入时填写“理由”，最好还能允许自定义一段说明为什么自己应该加入该群组的信息。
例如，对于插件作者，提示可以是：
请在下方框中附上您的插件链接。例如：
https://github.com/bob/my_awesome_plugin
这将大大减少我日常的工作量，我相信也能帮助其他人减轻负担。
