Menciona ubicaciones de discourse en la captura de pantalla. ¿Quizás ese podría ser el plugin problemático? Si intentas el modo seguro con los plugins no oficiales deshabilitados, eso podría ayudar a reducir el problema. Si es así, podrías intentar eliminarlo de tu app.yml y reconstruir.
