Did you remove the plugins from app.yml as suggested and tried again?

Maak een snapshot in de vps manager voordat u bijwerkt en ja, werk alleen bij als uw versie te oud is.
Geweldig, we zijn er bijna — deze afbeelding vertelt ons dat de migratie is mislukt, maar de eigenlijke fout staat veel verder hierboven.
Nog iets bij het delen van fouten, als je codeblokken zoals deze kunt maken, omringd door backticks, zou dat ook goed zijn, anders is de foto prima.

Since I don’t know how to code myself, I usually ask my friend to help and I’m just relaying the message here, so my description might not be very clear. Als de foutmelding luidt “scroll omhoog en zoek naar eerdere foutmeldingen”, doe dat dan en maak daar screenshots van in plaats van van die melding.
