It makes no sense to have 0.5, 1.5, 2.5, etc on the axis - because you can never have a non-whole number of registrations.
This might be a small fix that removes unrelated data and thus cleans up the Signups graph and makes it easier to read.

Better late than never – this looks fixed to me now. Or at least on Meta it seems to be.
