Our Global DARE community, https://adultrefsumdisease.discourse.group/, is hosted on the Free plan, and members are currently unable to log in.
The site displays: “No login methods are configured.”
In the administrator settings, Discourse ID is disabled and the toggle is locked, so I cannot enable it. The “Enable local logins via email” setting is checked, but this has not resolved the issue.
I understand that Discourse ID is normally preconfigured for Free sites. Could you please investigate why it is disabled on our site and help restore authentication?
I can still access the administrator interface through the recovery login. We would like to preserve our existing accounts, discussions, and community settings.
