Previous install sendgrid settings are kept the same. Nothing changed there when I first moved the server. Worked fine. Now Im moving back to another server and the same credentials are not working? Was there any change on that? This is what I am currently using.
DISCOURSE_SMTP_ADDRESS: smtp.sendgrid.net
DISCOURSE_SMTP_PORT: 587
DISCOURSE_SMTP_USER_NAME: apikey
DISCOURSE_SMTP_PASSWORD: "SG.Y5Cxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"

Digital ocean silently blocks outgoing smtp traffic on some accounts.
Can you connect to sendgrid from your server?

Yeah I just figured out thats what it is. I can send it from another server but not on digital ocean. Even tho my account there is aged and verified.

Try using port 2525. I now use it on all my installs by default.
