For few users full name is not visible and when I checked in the page source or by inspect element I found out that for few users it is not fetching the full name at all, so I don’t know what may be the problem is. FYI below are some settings which is enabled

  • full name required
  • prioritize username in ux

Note - I have checked that no css is blocking it rather it is not getting fetched from the backend itself

Are username and name of the second user the same?

There is a theme-component changing that
