geo_blocking_country_region_allowlist: Allowlist
geo_blocking_ip_blacklist: IP Blacklist under the Allowlist
Similar for moderation:
geo_moderating_country_region_allowlist
geo_moderating_ip_blacklist
This wasn’t asked, but using reverse proxy front of Discourse (as ie. Nginx or Varnish) such allowlist is really trivial.
