I recently re-organized my categories and created sub-categories. Ever since then I’ve started getting the following message at the top of site:

Let’s start the discussion! There are 1 / 5 topics and 1 / 30 posts – visitors need more to read and reply to. Only staff can see this message.

My Discourse site has been active for over a year and I have plenty of topics and posts, so I don’t understand why I’m seeing this.

I’m guessing I might have screwed something up when I re-organized the categories/sub-categories.

Any suggestions on how I can resolve this?

Have you changed the categories to be restrictive (private) if so, this message is displayed in the absence of public topics.
