Bekomme 'Willkommen bei nginx' ohne Internetzugang

Ich habe hier dasselbe Problem.
Frische Installation von Ubuntu 24 LTS
Bootstrap schließt ab, dann die Standardseite von Nginx.
Wenn ich ./discourse-doctor ausführe, erhalte ich:

Ich habe das Gefühl, ich bin ganz nah dran.
