"git blame" on robots.txt

We made modifications to our robots.txt after following Needing to edit robots.txt file - where is it? - #42 by Osama

A fellow admin then updated admin/customize/robots, which is great since we discussed it but it got me thinking.. what if an admin (we’re a large org so we have a lot of admins) makes a change here.. is there a “git blame” equivalent? I want to track when changes are made and by whom in case we ever need to say hey so and so why did you do XYZ?

thanks

Surprisingly, modifying this file doesn’t add any entry in /admin/logs/staff_action_logs. This could be a great addition.

Thanks for the feature request, it should be fixed for edits to robots.txt from now on (or from when this commit lands on your instance going forward):
