Group flair not displaying on user

Tried to search this, might be a simple setting or similar, but I made a group and the one user in it doesn’t display the flair, a bug or my fault?

Is it set as their primary group?

When you do not enable Automatically set as primary group in the group membership settings, the user has to select the flair in their profile preferences.
