there are some problems on chrome but no on firefox.
header repeats then browser freezing.

Hi @ufukayyildiz safe mode for you? I just visited your forum with latest Chrome on my Macbook and it looks like the site is functioning as expected. I do see a few errors in the console related to some of your plugins.
Looking at the browser’s console and that you’re using Cloudfare, you might be in this situation:
Cloudflare’s ‘Auto Minify’ feature will break recent versions of Discourse. In the browser console, you will see an error like:
Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected identifier '#...'
Cloudflare are aware of the issue, and have added this message to their dashboard:
