个人资料按钮的高度

The button to ignore a user is higher than the message button.

They still have the same height on an instance that was last updated about a month ago.

Due to a [recent minor change in the select-kit-header,](https://github.com/disc…ourse/discourse/pull/24649) there was a tiny regression with this button height.
