Hide/show chat with the chat header button during Zoom meetings

AI-generated summary

The discussion addresses a UX issue during Discourse Zoom meetings where the chat sidebar reduces screen space. NateDhaliwal suggests that the chat header button should toggle the sidebar instead of opening a popup. In response, awesomerobot explains that the popup button is a bug, as chat is now displayed unconditionally at all breakpoints in Zoom livestreams. A fix to remove the erroneous button has been submitted via PR #45108.

Currently in the Discourse community hangout (fortnightly) meeting, and I found that the screen’s a lot smaller with the chat on the right side:

The chat icon in the header just opens the popup chat when clicked. What about it opening/closing the chat sidebar?

Hmm the popup button shouldn’t be there at all because we show chat at every breakpoint unconditionally in zoom livestreams now, looks like there are a couple conditions that still allow it

This will fix it
