Hello! I’ve looked at most of the threads on this topic on the forum, but since they are all at least a year old (or more), I wanted to have up-to-date info on this.
Is there currently a way to hide a category from showing in “Latest”, without sacrificing notifications for everyone involved in posts within said category?

Sorry for the tumbleweed response.
I believe muting a category does not suppress all notifications from within it. eg If you @mention someone in a topic in a muted category they would still receive that ping.
Like Bert was doing in forum summaries when it was first made?
