Hiding Persona Tool Actions in a Category
MarcP suggested hiding “Reading” or “Browsing” pop-outs from AI persona posts to make responses look cleaner. sam found the idea feasible and implemented a category setting “hide AI persona actions”. However, David_Ghost reported an issue where disabling it broke the “Artist” bot’s image generation capability. sam promptly fixed the issue, and David_Ghost confirmed the solution worked perfectly.
I have an AI persona posting in a category triggered by a @mention. It’s designed for one task and only needs one tool.
It would be nice if we could hide the “Reading” or “Browsing” pop out from the post content to make the response look cleaner. Maybe this is already possible? If not, I’m thinking a category setting “hide AI persona actions” would make sense here.
Nice suggestion, not too hard to add, we already suppress unconditionally in chat

If i disable it for the “Artist”, the bot cant generate images anymore
