Nunca alterei manualmente nenhuma configuração do sistema. No entanto, acho que o provedor de hospedagem pode estar limitando o swap porque este servidor parece estar rodando em HDD (a julgar pelo máximo de 2k IOPS).
Fazer essas coisas pode modificar permanentemente as configurações que você mencionou?
