Hover over emoji could show larger version of emoji

I have some emoji which are not very visible at 16x16 size in either the forum posts or chat:

Here is how Discord does it, which works well:

Displaying both the emoji text as well as the larger image on hover.

This is especially useful for custom emojis that were originally drawn at full res and not specifically drawn for small res – which I imagine is a pretty common problem.

I see no issues on the default emojis though, even the nuclear mushroom :woman_s_hat: is perfectly readable[1]

Bravo, that emoji had me fooled for a solid minute until I zoomed in 500%. I literally just assumed it was my eyes getting older :rofl:
