Writing is how we think at Discourse. Figuring out what you actually believe, putting it somewhere other people can push back on it, and seeing what survives is the core of our work, as an open-source company and as individuals. It’s been a part of our DNA since we started; our co-founder Jeff Atwood has talked extensively about why writing matters, and we’ve always taken that to heart.
