How would I add a group title for users that are in groups? For say, a user joins the moderator group, then they get a title called “Moderator”. How would I do this?

Group titles can be achieved by doing this
This is an automatic group and if I recall correctly I don’t think it is possible to add a title to this type of group. You will have to add a title manually via the user admin page

Trust level groups do not matter if I delete them, correct? I would like to delete all groups and create new ones. I just want to know of that will break anything. Will it?
Automatic groups such as staff, trust_level_0 etc cannot be deleted.
How do I at least change their names? I have seen people do it before.
