There is nothing out of the box: you will have to add custom CSS to overrule the hover styles.
Do you know the ID or class of these buttons?
You can find anything you need by opening the inspector of your browser.
If you want to customise your forum, it’s highly recommended to spend a bit of time learning the basics of HTML/CSS
