It shows the translation buttons when logged, out - I also want it to show the Translate button when logged in on the header.

Hey there, currently when a user is logged in, they will have to change their language preferences from the user profile at /my/preferences/interface.

Because users who are not logged in do not have a “user preference” page 
Typically we have seen communities do so via a banner, or an introductory topic about the community.
