People are speaking in English. You’re only changing the langage of the forum (the “software”), not of what’s said. There are translation plugins, but none installed here on meta, I believe. If you don’t understand, you’ll have to copy/paste in a translator, for example Google translate.

The titles and posts will not change. The language feature only allows you to translate the community tools, not every single thing.
