How do I get the theme picker on the sidebar

I’m trying get the theme picket dropdrown list on my main user setup, but I can’t figure how to get it setup.

All of my themes are set to be selectable by user.

Any idea what I’m doing wrong?

Did you install the Sidebar theme toggle theme-component ?
