How do I get users to reply to each other? This doesn't appear on my site

I couldn’t find a setting to enable this feature. I must have missed something. Thanks for your help.

This is a default feature and can’t be deactivated. Did you try using use safe mode to see if it fixes the issue?

Do you have category permissions set so that they cannot reply?

Oooh, right. The reply buttons indeed don’t show up if we don’t have the right permissions.

Thanks for your help, I didn’t think of safe mode :slight_smile: It’s because of the plugin below, I’m using the add comment section, I guess I have to make a choice :slight_smile:
