When a mod or tl4 flags someone, that person can get silenced and I was wondering how I would be able to disable the auto silence feature as it often results in people losing access to tl3 for very minor things. Thank you in advance!

There are some site settings that control the auto-silencing behavior based on flags: num_users_to_silence_new_user - this is the number of unique flags it takes to silence a new tl0 user, set to 0 to disable silence_new_user_sensitivity - this is how likely a new user is to be silenced based …

I am surprised that off topic flags result in users being silenced automatically.

哦，对了，对于 TL3 的用户，他们不应该被自动禁言…… 所以在这种情况下，是版主同意某个举报从而施加了禁言吗？
