How do I send an email to all my users?

There is no built in feature for this.

The best thing to do right now would be to export the user list and use MailChimp or something Something like this was discussed here. One gotcha is that the export csv does not currently include last_seen dates (though from the first topic linked above you can see that more fields have been added when requested before).
