Hallo zusammen. Wir möchten wissen, wie Sie das Discourse Hosting Dot Com finden? Wir haben eine Website mit derzeit etwa 1,5 Millionen Benutzern pro Monat (https://d.pr/i/SpzPnE) und benötigen eine robuste und vorzugsweise verwaltete Lösung.
Würden Sie Communiteq (ehemals DiscourseHosting) für uns empfehlen oder etwas anderes wie Discourse.org? Ich gehe davon aus, dass nur ein Bruchteil unserer regelmäßigen Benutzer auch Forennutzer sein werden. Gedanken? Vielen Dank im Voraus!
Been with them for two years. Albeit, my traffic is tiny compared to yours, but I can safely say that:
I recommend them 100%. If Discourse.org ever offers competitive prices I’d jump on it, I’d love to support the community. But for now, it’s DH for me.
We run a few large communities hosted by Discourse.org. They have been awesome! As a company that moved from Jive and spent hundreds of thousands annually before moving to Discourse, I have no issue with their pricing.
They are extremely responsive to what we have, what we want and the issues we run into. We have never had appreciable downtime even for maintenance.
They have even gone above and beyond to help us get up and running.

Discourse Hosting (@RGJ) is a fabulous host. Wonderful customer service, excellent uptime, professional. I strongly recommend them!
That said, I absolutely loved the customer service and performance of the official Discourse hosting. When you have an issue, the access to be directly in touch with the engineers who write the code is a pretty special perk of going with the Discourse hosting.

Die beiden Nachteile von Communiteq (ehemals DiscourseHosting), die ich erlebt habe, sind lange Wartezeiten für Updates (viele Monate, bis neue Änderungen verfügbar sind) und minderwertige Hardware (zwar funktionsfähig, aber ich hatte Probleme mit dem Speicherplatz und habe mich schließlich entschieden, den Stecker zu ziehen und umzuziehen).
Abgesehen davon ist alles in Ordnung. Wenn das Budget ein Problem ist, würde ich sie definitiv empfehlen.
On the $20/month Basic plan your forum is indeed “stuck” to the stable branch. Updates on stable are generally applied within one week though.
Micheal, do you have any clients/forums that are seeing the same traffic as us? And we are exponentially growing. Again, I assume only a fraction of our regular users will be forum users. Thoughts? Thanks in advance!

Sie antworten immer schnell und sind stets hilfsbereit. Egal was passiert: Ich empfehle sie jedem, der über einen Wechsel nachdenkt – und auch denen, die es noch nicht tun: Wechseln 
Mein Forum ist seit über einem Jahr bei Communiteq (ehemals DiscourseHosting) und die Erfahrung war großartig. E-Mails an den Support werden schnell beantwortet, und das einzige Problem, das wir vor vielen Monaten mit der Leistung hatten, wurde sehr schnell behoben und ist nie wieder aufgetreten.
Sehr zufrieden mit ihnen und würde sie ohne Vorbehalt empfehlen.

We do have the occasional hiccup, might be that Discourse.org has slightly fewer issues. But… they are always on the ball, respond in a timely fashion and they really do know what they’re doing. They are an active part of the Discourse community here and that is also a big plus to me.
We are running a (very heavily) modified Discourse instance on their enterprise plan and they’ve always been willing to help us out when needed.
Can very much recommend them, regardless of price.
Though if you are price-sensitive, the fact that they are 1/4th the cost of Discourse.org will also weigh heavily.

Der Support ist gut (wenn ich Fragen hatte), und ich hatte noch nie Probleme mit dem Service.
