BishopV is looking to insert ads from JuiceAds in their Discourse site, as they cannot use Google Adsense. They have tried using the House Ads plugin, but the ads do not appear. ufukayyildiz shares the same issue and proposes creating a fund for a plugin that can add ad codes to various locations on the site, including between topics, in posts, and above the suggested topic list. They are willing to contribute $50 to the funding and invite others to join. A similar discussion can be found on meta.discourse.org.

A plugin with this features would be great
Ability to add ad codes between topics including while browsing topics under a category ( javascript, html, iframe etc )
Ability to add codes in posts.
Ability to add codes after posts.
Ability to add codes above topics.
Ability to add codes above suggested topic list.
Marketplace Customization > Plugin advertising
For funding, i can pay 50 USD ( 1 USD= 7,5 TRY
) , if someone wants to join can type here.
