How to add click to expand content in posts

Hello, I wonder how to add a button which clicked will show hidden transcript in the content here. I saw the content support HTML. How to do that. Thank you.

Click on the cog and click “hide details”.

Yes, clicking on the cog in the post editor when typing a new post or editing another one, will show the option to Hide Details.
