Is there a trick to getting added font awesome icons to show up? Added a few (free basic ones in the core font awesome) and I cannot seem to get them to display.

if you specified the icons properly in the svg_icons (ie: fa-icon_name) then you should be able to use “icon_name” in the editor. i just tested it with these free font awesome icons:
