Cómo aprobar la creación de una cuenta de usuario sin que reciban un correo electrónico

The user created an account but is not receiving emails (there is a problem with their email app). How can I approve them? Is there any method in the admin panel to approve them on the forum?

If you go to the user’s admin page (Admin > Users > Select user) and click on the Activate user button, I think that will work?
