Any guesses on how I can clear these messages? I can confirm they’re not in a group inbox (when I select the dropdown, none of the groups have unread messages).
These have slowly accumulated, and one of those “I’ll deal with it later” things. Not a blocker, but it muddies things when I have messages that actually need a response.
do you have any unread replies in bot chats? those were recently filtered out of the main inbox so maybe the count wasn’t included
searching for in:messages in:unseen might help but I don’t think that’s 1:1 with the count
Oh good! we should look into filtering those out of the unread count to avoid this.
That would be appreciated! I whittled my unreads from 49 to 2 by reviewing bot chats. Still have to find 2 unreads to open somewhere, haha.
