Heya folks, I can’t figure out why the notify button with the pointy finger is one some of my sites and not others, and my searches are too generic so far.
I mean the notify button that will notify existing users, from the share modal:
It is missing on some instances I use, the following from a Team site:
I’d prefer to have it on, please let me know how to configure it. 
I think the notify feature has been retired:
Are the sites with it still there using Stable, or a slighter behind-latest version?

특정 Discourse 인스턴스에서 여전히 해당 기능이 보이는 이유는, 아직 최신 버전으로 업데이트하지 않았기 때문일 것으로 추정됩니다.
혹시 “Notify” 기능의 Customization > Plugin 버전에 대한 지지를 표명해 주실 수 있을까요?
