Hello! Is there any way that i can create a staff group that can only manage (Edit / delete / create) all users topics from a specific category?

I know there’s a way to create user groups, but is there a way to add staff permissions aside from the basics Create / Reply / See permissions, like Global Edit / Global Delete on the category?
