How to create a Sub-Category

Can anyone show me how to create a sub-category? Lot’s of topics about sub-subcategories and tags… but I just want to create a simple subcategory under a topic.

You use the same Create Category UI, but you choose an existing Category as the Parent (it should be one of the first drop downs in the modal)

When creating a category, just select the parent category…
… this will make a new category a sub-category.
