How to create additional header?

Hey everyone!

Could you please advice how to create additional header above the original one(where sing up and login located)?

Looks great, I googled for related topics but found topics only about edition original header.

Just create your own Theme Component and stick your header HTML in the … Header and corresponding CSS in the CSS tab.
