To create a custom selection as a user, follow the steps below.
1. Open the Discourse forum.
2. Tap the 3 lines at the top of your screen.
3. Tap the plus button at the bottom of your screen.
4. Fill in the section title, name, and link.
5. Tap the save button to save your changes.
