How to disable a plugin when admin plugin page is not loading

After installing a couple of plugins, my admin plugins-page is no longer loading properly:

Is there a way of disabling those plugins without uninstalling them via the app.yml and rebuilding the whole container?

You want “safe mode”.

Unfortunately, the plugins page is still broken even in safe-mode. I guess that means that the culprit is not in java script so I will have to rebuild :disappointed:
