How to display new categories for all members?

Hello everyone, I recently created two new categories on my forum (Design Guides and Giveaway Zone) but a member informed me that these new categories were not visible for him. It seems that he’s not the only one not seeing them. How can I make them visible for all members?

If you use the pen icon next to the categories in the sidebar, you can adjust the categories only for yourself. You can change the default for everyone in the default_navigation_menu_categories site setting.
