How to display posts in grids like the webpage below? Is there a plugin or theme component for this?

that’s Topic List Thumbnails.
You can also try Topic List Previews (which also has masonry, rather than grid, but similar). Why? Because Masonry views account better for image aspect ratio. A grid view can struggle.
