How to find all the possible variables that can be fed to AI personas?

In the Discourse-provided personas we see that there are various variables used, such as “{participants}”, “{time}”, “{site_description}”… Where can we find all of the various such variables that can be used in AI personas? And I’m assuming they also can also be used in automations?
