How to install discourse in Hosting?

Hello, I want to set up an foro atletico de madrid and I like Discourse is very fast.

Can discourse be installed on a hosting? or does it have to be a VPS? What do you recomend me?

I did not find a way to install Discourse for my page

You can install Discourse anywhere Docker is supported. We recommend a VPS due to that, as most “shared webhosts” do not allow Docker.
