How to Intercept page scroll event

[itkin]

seems to be in views/topic.js.es6
if (showTopic) { this.appEvents.trigger('header:show-topic', topic); } else { this.appEvents.trigger('header:hide-topic'); }
Anybody knows how to intercept such event ?
