How to leave the menu centralized and with a sub menu below and centralized?

I saw that the meta menu is centralized with the sub menu under the menu and centralized too, how can I leave it that way in my forum? because it has the sub menu on the left side and below

Hello, You can enable it with the following site setting: enable new user profile nav groups

However I see a PR which will make this to the default user navigation so I think this settings goes away soon.
