How to publish my theme component in discourse publicly to all users

I am trying to publish an Discourse Theme component publicly, When going to Theme component and creating new topic, it showing all categories as read-only. I am new to discourse, So there any documentation to refer to publish component in discourse?

You can request to join that group. Only those with group-access can publish a new topic in the Theme component category.

It seems the documentation is all about how to install theme component in discourse but i need help on publishing theme component publicly. Where can i find the group to join please suggest

I often see ppl post a link to their GitHub initially in the Dev category to see if ppl will test. To create a new topic in Theme component you need to be added to a group.

I think it’s much harder to spot the information in most of the translations because the links are not a single line, but oneboxes with 6 lines of text then.

Interesting, it doesn’t onebox for me. I wonder why. I mean, why it does it different for translated content.
